Automotive Interior Trim Products Hydraulic Press &Production line

This series of products adopts frame type or four-column structure, which can be configured with oil heating system, steam system, air extraction device, left and right safety doors and front and rear automatic lifting doors according to the process requirements. Using proportional servo system, fast drop speed, pressing can set the exhaust position, pre-pressure, pressing force and other parameters, but also can set remote diagnosis function. It is mainly applied to the molding process of automotive interior trim parts. The hydraulic press can be optional servo motor + pump drive, to achieve energy saving of more than 50%, reduce noise 10-30 dB.

Hot pressing of automotive interior parts, hot pressing of other organic materials
