Technical implementation elements:
· Composite material preforming automatic production line is composed of feeding components, external feeding
platform, internal feeding platform and automatic rotating device. The external feeding platform and internal feeding
platform are connected with automatic rotating motor drive
· The heating platform is arranged in the downstream of the feeding component. The temperature of the heating
platform is controlled by PID proportional adjustment. The temperature difference of the whole heating platform is less
than 6℃
· The next process of the heating platform is the preforming press, which presses the two-dimensional laminated parts
into three-dimensional preforms through the preforming mold; After pressing, the parts are picked up by the cutting
manipulator and placed on the cutting belt machine
