This series of products adopts tie rod pre-tightening split frame structure, slide block four-corner eight-sided ultra-long guide rail, strong anti-biased load ability. The precise position and speed control accuracy of the slider are guaranteed by the proprietary die setting micro-motion control technology, which can ensure the long-term accuracy and rigidity of the equipment. This series of hydraulic press is equipped with upper die 180 degree turning device, which is convenient for upper die grinding and matching. The hydraulic press can be optional servo motor + pump drive, to achieve 80% energy saving, reduce noise 10-30 dB.
