Hot stamping and hardening process:

The hot stamping and hardening process is mainly used in the manufacture of ultra-high strength automotive structure parts. It is one of the key technology for light weight vehicles.

Forming process route:
Blanking - Hot Stamping - laser cutting peripheral and process holes (or hydraulic punching) - shot blasting - surface treatment.

Hot stamping line:
The hot stamping and hardening production line: heating furnace (recommended configuration of roller hearth type heating furnace), high-speed feeding system, hot stamping hydraulic press, mold water-cooling, unloading system, short blasting system, multi axis laser cutting machine or blanking press and die.
